  First of all, one of the persons who reviewed this service gave it a 0 only due to completely fictitious statements. I don't know what caused this person to write such lies. First of all, Michael is very involved in this service. I can assure you that he would only exceed his expectations.
  
  I know for a fact, and I say FACT WITH WITNESSES, that you will be getting incredible service from Michael.
  
  I saw the entire process.
  
  It was a while ago that Michael helped me out with my cat. He was very professional, respectful, genuine and an overall great guy who really helped me out when I needed him. I found my cat dead on the road only to found out he was hit by a speeding truck where the driver just kept driving after the fact that he killed my cat. Long story short, I had one of the worst days of my life, and Michael was there to alleviate it and help me get through it. Although my baby's life being taken is a memory that I will always linger, so will the memory of Michael helping me out.
  
  Michael was super genuine, and you can ask him anything and he will answer you straight up, whether it be a question about the process or personal. Michael is not only a business man, but a very real man and he was very true to his word and his values.
  
  Michael's Cherished Memories service is the best service in this field that you will find. I know this because he was the one who was there for me, the guy who made me feel a lot better during tough times, and he couldn't have done a better job. I will refer all my friend's who I find in this tough situation without hesitation.
  
  I am very glad to have had the opportunity to give my beloved cat a proper service, thanks to Michael. Ludo and I won't forget you! Thank you so much, Michael!

  Our animal hospital has been using Cherished Memories since Michael took over. He has provided unfailingly excellent service for our clients' animals and our entire staff's personal animals as well. We have a lot more knowledge of animal cremation services than the average person, and can testify to his professionalism. We trust him completely.

  The loss of my Archie after 17 years was heartbreaking. He went everywhere with me and was as true a companion as there ever was. He was an integral part of my life, and to lose him was to lose a bit of myself that cannot be regained.
  Michael was very professional yet kind when the arrangements were made (by my mum as I was too upset to talk). He took the time to tell her what the process involved and how long it would take, and gave her options neither of had previously known we had.
  And though I missed the call, he let me know ahead of time that he had moved Archie to the front of the queue and would be bringing his remains to me a week ahead of schedule. I don't like surprises, but that was a lovely one. Michael was incredibly sympathetic when presenting Archie's ashes and even held Cordelia, the tiny tuxedo kitten who came to me a scant 32 hours after Archie's passing, while I signed the paperwork.
  All in all Michael was professional, both in appearance and demeanour, without sacrificing his compassion. I hope that I won't require these services for a long while but when I do I will certainly be calling Cherished Memories.

  We had a traumatic death in our pet family. Cherished Memories took care of everything for us and did it with caring thoughtfulness. I very highly recommend them. In case you are unsure, the carved wood box with our pet's name on it is really beautiful. Thank you so much Jennifer!
