  Fantastic Customer Service with Care and Compassion: My husband and I are animal lovers at heart, and we rescue gerbils and hamsters. During the past few years, we have utilized the pet cremation services of Cherished Memories several times, and we have had a wonderful experience each and every time. We receive fantastic customer service with care and compassion, and we would definitely recommend Cherished Memories.

  This has been a very traumatic time losing my boy so unexpectedly. Michael has shown so much compassion for both myself as well as my pup and I am at peace knowing that his last moments, were spent with Michael. Michael listened to me cry, listened to me ramble and truly understood what a difficult time I was going through. I will never be able to thank him enough. I cannot say enough about the customer service that I have received during this time. I would recommend Cherished Memories for anyone that has lost a pet. I can't say enough good things. Thank you so very much for taking such good care of both me and my boy! You are truly Heaven sent.

  I had my dog of 16 years put to sleep at a local vet, very difficult in itself, and they use this company for all their cremations. It was $160 for the service, which is average for the size of my dog. We attempted multiple times to retrieve his remains from them without success due to the fact they never answer their phones. I was never able to reach the owner. I was only able to speak with a helper who seemed quite clueless and indifferent whether or not we ever retrieved his remains. They seem never to be at their place of business and made no effort to deliver the remains. Finally after three weeks of trying, the helper says "We usually just return the remains to the vet". THEN WHY DIDN"T YOU DO THIS 3 WEEKS AGO! I found this business to be very unprofessional and do not recommend them. I don't know if I believe the review above, sounds fishy. And the poems are cheesy (framed them?!) and hardly worth the trouble we went through. If you have a choice go elsewhere.
