  Service was great, but I have since left 2 messages with the answering service for someone to call me regarding a very important question, I have not heard back from anyone. So, I re-rated the experience.

  Joe Pavlich and the staff at Forest Meadows were incredible and such a pleasure to work with! They made my mom's (Betty Addison) funeral as easy as it could possibly be. They were compassionate and dealt with the family in such a professional manner. Each staff member went out of their way to be sympathetic and help us with anything we needed.
  
  The cookies at the viewing were incredible! Thank you all! We will forever be blessed!

  Do not use this funeral home. Please trust me on this because I lost my husband 15 months earlier and the funeral home I used in Lake County was excellent compared to this one. There are many others to choose from.
  When we had my father's funeral on a Sunday in March and came in early to see our dad, it was not good. The lighting was awful and caused orange lines and circles around his eyes and neck. They adjusted the lighting but it still was not good.They forgot to hide the plastic that was visible below his neck and we asked what that was. That's where the incision was he said. I'm not making this up. I have witnesses. For all the money we paid, it was very disappointing. They didn't even trim the hair on my dad's ears and trim his sideburns when we asked for this ahead of time while we made funeral arrangements in their office. I feel the men that work here who have been there for awhile have become complacent. They have forgotten how sensitive this time is for family.
  Plus isn't a funeral supposed to hand out the programs we paid them a lot of money for? We realized at the graveside hardly anyone got a program at the funeral home where we had the service.

  Becky could not have been any kinder. Her handling of matters was professional yet as if were the only ones that mattered. We appreciate how quickly our loved one was cared for. The attention to detail of our needs was addressed.
