  Harvest is amazing at welcoming you right when you come in and you really feel apart of what's going on. The children's ministry staff is energetic and enthusiastic, my kids look forward to going and being apart of learning. The teaching is expository and all about God's word being lifted high, proclaimed without apology, and easy to see how to apply what you learn. The church offers multiple small groups which is great for accountability and discipleship.

  Harvest Bible Chapel Gainesville has been my church for the past two and a half years. To summarize my experience, I'd say this church is one where I've God is at Work! The worship leader, Brandon West, along with the worship team, bring Vertical Christ-Centered Contemporary Worship that is truly uplifting week after week. Pastor Hayden Norris is committed to preaching through the Bible verse by verse each week bringing truth and challenging applications as he leads us through various books in the Bible. People's lives are being changed as they begin and continue their walk with the Lord. Harvest is committed to high-quality discipleship through their small group ministry. I have never been a part of a more sincere and friendly congregation that lifts high the name of Jesus!

  Harvest Bible Chapel Gainesville has truly been a blessing to my wife, Heather, and I during our time in Gainesville. It has been a privilege and blessing for us to serve in the church. Pastor Hayden brings forth truth from the Word of God each Sunday and explains it clearly and passionately. The congregation is the closest knit that I have ever been a part of; put simply, people genuinely care about each other. Praise the Lord for Harvest! God is working in our midst.

  Harvest Bible Chapel of Gainesville is as committed to living out what the Bible says as they are to teaching others what the Bible says. They are a gospel centered, dynamic, energetic, multi-cultural church that is committed to demonstrating the grace, love, and truth of Jesus Christ to each other and their community. Right away when you walk through the door, you begin to sense the genuine care and concern they have for people, which is so refreshing to see in a church that teaches the Bible so faithfully. They are so warm and welcoming. Everyone, regardless of their background, will have an opportunity to grow in the knowledge and love of Jesus Christ under the ministry of Harvest Bible Chapel Gainesville. Praise God for this church, I'm personally so thankful to have found it after moving here from all the way across the country and knowing very few people when I first moved to Gainesville.

  Harvest Bible Chapel came up on my search for a church through John MacArthur's website. It was the only one that came up in Gainesville so I decided to check it out on Easter Sunday 2013. The moment I walked in I was greeted by the most genuine, friendliest people and felt very welcome. The first time I've felt that way from any church I've ever visited. Not super aggressive, not completely oblivious to my presence. I got to meet the pastor who studied at Masters College, the reason for the church coming up on MacArthur's website search. I enjoy the expository preaching and Pastor Hayden explains each verse in such a simple, succinct, yet deep and effective way with easy to follow bullet points on his slides. I also enjoy how every sermon has been applicable to my life in some way, shape or form, bringing me closer to God and giving me a bigger desire to dive deeper into the Word. I got involved right away in the audio/visual department and it felt good to be an active member and participant in the church, helping to bring glory to God and serving him with all my heart. I have since applied to become a member of the church and truly feel this is my home church. I've made lots of great friends whom I enjoy fellowship with on a regular basis through small group and other outside activities. I love that it's a small church and you can literally know everyone's name and be able to get to know everyone on a deeper level and be able to pray for each other's struggles/trials/requests and not wonder who it is you're praying for. I couldn't have asked for a better church and although there is no such thing as a "perfect church", I feel this is a great church will lots of potential to grow and truly preaching the Gospel as the Lord wanted it to be preached.
